Sambal Stingray

Hema invited us over to her house one day (27 Feb 09)for dinner. look at wad she cooked!!!

SAMBAL STINGRAY!!!!



After chatting with them, then i realised tat they do sell stingray in the market here... but they called it Skatewing.. pengz... hahaaa......

So i managed to get Skatewing from leeelee... and attempted my 1st try on sambal stingray after "consulting" hema.. haha

I didn't put the cilantro cuz i dun have it... and i spreaded the sambal like i m a chilli lover (regretted)....

It turned out like this... SPICY! monkey said the middle part taste abit like BBQ cuttlefish... ?!?!?!!!?! hahaaaa



Anyway, i still prefer hema's one. i m really not too good with spicy food... haha
