01 Mar o9. It was riko's first bdae.

lily, hema, jm and me had made some ang ku kuehs 1day in advance as promised. We are oso her advance party and decoration committee!

Riko is a beri cute gal, i call her "meng huan mei shao nu". i think when she grows up, will b one of the stars with many suiters.... hahaa

one of the more interesting part is tat riko gets to choose her fav out of the 5 or 6 items on the table. she is supposed to crawl and pick one. it was a traditional game to "determine" her future career. ahhaa.... just a game la... but she contemplated for a VERY VERY VERY long time... until someone left howard on the table.. and he picked up the stack of cash in no time!!! pengz!!! we snatched it back cuz its meant for riko the bdae gal but then he beri quickly snatched the calculator... pengz... i think he is meant to have $$$ to count in future... hahaa... nice one howard!!!


tat day, after having so much food at the party, at nite, jerlyn still invite us to her house for dinner... she prepared a spread.. and my fav ah-ma's fried pork chop (with soda biscuit).... it really brings me back to the days when i helped my grandma to pound the biscuit into powder... ah-ma's culinary skills are BEST! miss her! :( but i think she will be happy if i still remember her speciallity too..


Played Wii at jerlyn's house after dinner.... was beri exciting... shall keep the details to ourselves else lily gonna scold me for exposing her embarrassment.... hahaaa... btw.. Wii is a beri "dangerous" games. clumsy players should be warned!!! haahaa...


8 mar 09. the following sunday. it was howard's turn to celebrate his 1st bdae. hahaaa

I went early to help in deco too. but we had a decoration creative director aka Bee Ling. she did alot of preparations and planning. power...


Howard is a beri blessed boy with lotsa loves from all the aunties. haha.. his bdae's food are NOT CATERED one... is all home-cooked by many pple. with his "god-ma" cooking sg chilli crab, panda cake, jelly, irene's famous curry pok, curry chicken, and so many.. and of cuz his beloved mum's cooking... so much food.... enuff to feed another village.. hahaaaaa


Got choc fondue oso... hahaaa... the event location is oso proudly sponsored by his "god-ma" (polly) since the villagers are all there.... hahaaa


Then in the evening... while monkey was chatting with the guys, i took the keys (with his permission of cuz) and drive his little wife out to shopping, with elaine.. heheee.. it was a short few hrs trip but elaine seems rather happy with her buyings... i m happy oso.. though i didn't buy much... haha...


Following sunday, 15 Mar 09 (noticed its 3 consecutive sundays), it was sheena's bdae... being the HQ for us the princess gang, we oso planned a surprise for her...


We met up early at chris's house at 11am and marched over to HQ... but to realise she is showering... we waited and waited outside her room...


Finally get to surprise her... hahaaa... chris even baked her a cake (go read her blog)... anyway.... sheena is beri happy to receive our Hello Kitty's gift.. hahaa.....


But i already ate so many cakes.... omg..... can some1 pls watch over my weight?!

haha.. anyway.. wished the bdae gals and boy happy happy hatchday! :)
