Back from Las Vegas!!!

I am sooooooo excited for my 1st Vegas Trip!!!!

Mainly becuz of the company that I will be meeting with, Mr & Mrs Neo and Willy!!!! My best friends back in SG!!!

Mr & Mrs Neo came to US for honeymoon and they specially arranged their Vegas stop on last sat so tat we could meet up.... *touched*

Willy got biz trip and he flew earlier than his trip just to meet us!!!! so touched!!!! And best, he booked free rooms for us at Tahati Resort (not able to be booked by outsiders)... willy, u really got the best lobangs!!! MUACKS!

Yes, its a wkend trip and its rush. But knowing that it is happening, I had lost sleep at nite for a wk... haha... simply too excited.... so when its time to travel, i m soooooo shag...... see.....

We combed alot of casinos.. actually not alot la, cuz not enuff time... we went to Paris, NYNY, Bellajio, Ceasars Palace and where ar? forgot liao.. no time for the M&Ms world and shows.... alamak... but nvm, vegas is near to me, monkey and me still got many chance to go there.... most importantly is to HAVE FUN and CATCH UP with frds!!!!

we were so rush tat we didn't really took much pics... its kinda pity... but nvm la.... memories are things tat do not fade... btw, i still got lotsa pics in their camera, think they wun upload so soon.... haha

the food were famous dishes from Ah Zhong Mian Xian... taiwan eatery.... aww... miss authentic asian food.... nice mee sua and oyster jian and crispy chix..... and BUBBLE TEA!!!!

In the indoors of vegas' casinos & shops, i got difficulty telling whether its Day or Night! why? cuz there are so many diff themes and its really nicely done, with the lights BRIGHT like sky at NIGHT and romantic dim in the Day, how to differentiate? haha...

Oh ya, same "pubs" are celebrating halloween on the sat, saw many diff types of "ghosts"... nx shall b our turn from the Tai Tai Tuan! hehehe

went to the outlets and i bought MANY MANY COACH BAGS!!! we saw alot of familiar faces there oso, monkey said tat since all his colleagues saw me with the big bags, my new cosign confirm will b Mrs Coach... hmmm... well... haha...

But only one is for me (see swingpack below).... the rest are by frds' requests.... haha... i so good rite?

and ya, my frds hand delivered my uni bachelors degree to me... cuz my mum collected it on my behalf from my sch but i had not yet seen or touched it!!! so happy to finally receive my fruits of labour... but... its really a piece of paper!!! A piece of paper that made me worked so hard, struggled for, paid high $$$, and sacrified many annual leaves to do the assignments.... awww....

Quarter Century Gone!

It's my first time spending bdae overseas.

In a foreign land, where all my friends and family are not around.

Well, libras do make new friends everywhere. Lindarella still have her beloved monkey as family..... not too bad afterall...

but still, I can't help feeling abit lonely.... cuz my past birthdays, will take 1wk to have celebrations with diff grps of frds each day... showered with gifts and flooded with bdae sms/wishes....

this yr, very different. got the most bdae ecards i ever received, thanks frds for not forgetting me! and i got an online gift! thanks xem and tina! Victoria Secrets sia..... want me to seduce monkey? :p

no celebrations with friends, no birthday cakes, no KTV :(

And there is this big confusion, should i follow singapore time or US time? when is my bdae? bdae jetlag... haha.... so monkey decided to celebrate the actual day with me following US time cuz its a sat, meaning i m late by 1 day if follow sg time... ok... i m still confused...

on sat, decided to put on some make up for the first time i reached.. haha.. been too plain and lazy... took out some new clothing tat i bought from sg... yeah.. dolling up does makes one feels good!








we went Red Lobster for a feast... realised alot of pple singing bdae songs, within 10 tables from our table, already got 5 tables are celebrating bdaes... hmm.... there are so many born on the same day as me.. haha

after tat, we went to casino to "withdraw" cash... haha.... lucky monkey... i think i brought him luck...

heres my bdae gifts from monkey.... not surprises.. cuz i already knew wad he will b getting... haha... as usual..

1) a ralph lauren customised polo tee. he actually bought himself one oso. so this one is not exclusively for my bdae. not counted. :P

2) Oakley Belong (Asian Fit) but it was late cuz of dunno wad delays...

Beginning to love his little wife....

i refer to my monkey's car as his little wife... haha... why? cuz i m the big one... she is the small one....

at first, i dun kinda like her... cuz she is TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! and she drinks fuel like drink water!!!!!! and its so big!!! difficult to park!!! hengz that US got big parking lots!!!

last mth, when we happily went Desert Sky Mall for shopping, we came out from a different exit and then... haha... can't find our car!!!

We were roaming about, finding his little wife everywhere in the carpark... i was already feeling sad.. cuz his little wife was the first car tat i drove, learn driving on, and it had been very obedient... my frd's car had all started to give problems... but his little wife is well maintained... standing proudly, shining with pride... if we lost her... how do we get another one with so many memories, and so trustworthy?

fortunately, a beri nice lady who worked for one of the boutiques offered to help us call the security. we almost really called for security!!! so scary... then we asked if we were sure we exit on the right entrance... think think think... OH!!!! haha

ok... i tell myself to treat her better... beginning to love her already...

this is my first independant parking, without any aid from monkey or instructor. but i took 12mins!!!! so happy tat it is finally within the lines...



as the weather is getting cooler now, we are not afraid to drive with windows dowm... her sun roof is useful oso!! see monkey so happy... with both his big and little wife... haha
