A Visit to the Farm

halloween is coming! the tomato farm is harvesting pumpkins already!

Went for a visit by courtesy drive of Ms polly....

elaine and me tried to carry this big pumpkin, trust me, its really heavy... both of us carry and yell at the same time.. haha

the corn maze! there r 3 mazes, for kids, adults and family... each takes 5mins, 10mins and 30mins but i went to none... haha.... i just take pics!


wad is this cute piglet doing in this farm? it draws alot of attention but we r not supposed to touch it..


the weather was good! blue sky, cool and a little sunny, good for photo taking!










can see the tai tais prepared alot of food, going to be lay on the table for our "picnic" later..




the staff there was very kind to encourage me to hold this chick.... its "claws" is so thin... i have to cover it with my other hand cuz i scare it will fall... this is not a tamed tamagochi! hahaa

Dog (Grey hound) Racing

no, u r not reading the title wrongly...

person like me, whom had nv ever stepped into the territories of Singapore Tuff Club before, actually stepped into a dog racing ground in US..

Heard from elaine they all tat theres this race so we went together with them to check it out...

We r not toking abt cute puppies or those dalmantians or huggable dogs here hor... they r Greyhounds! very strong and muscular type! i think they look fierce too!

The entrance is free, race starts everyday with 13matches i heard. even had their own dog race magazine (like those horse racing booklets u seen in sg or hk drama)!

Tried my luck for the first time..



Before the race, the trainers will first bring the greyhounds out for a short parade to let pple bet... can buy a ticket at the many machines available... took a short 3mins lecture from nelson and learnt some"tips"


its so friendly tat even kids can come in!


in the end, i won a few bucks... but just play for fun, not much gambling la...

if u think y i nv take pic of the dogs running, haha... i tell u y... cuz they ran so fast, ard 30 to 35secs can finish one lap.... how to take a clear pic with my hp cam??? impressive dogs, not cute type but reliable type, if got thief sure oso can catch one..

Official Hi Bye 2009

I look forward for my own hi-bye nx yr. but somehow, this hi-bye in sep 09 upsets me abit...

reason being my bestest frd (ya, she came with me for the "qian li xun fu" but she is going back 6mths earlier than me) is going back to sg...

other than the unofficial hawaii hi-bye and a sinful dinner at Olive Gardens, its a tradition tat base will have an official on for the sep rotations...

My jm aka sanhua is going back!!! we had such "mo qi" tat before the hi-bye, we already told each other we r wearing black dress... hahaa.. wanted to wear my 9west black heels but i already shipped all of them with sanhua's shipment, so i got to wear them for interviews when i go back nx yr (before my shipment arrives)

before going to base for the "party", we took several pics at the place tat we had lived for erm.... 1yr plus....

4th Sedona Trip (Hiking, Slide Rocks, Fishing)

went Sedona for the 4th time on 07 Sep 09. haha... this time round we went with the chuas...

initially, we oni plan to see the red rocks at the red rocks park.... but hor.. as we walked thru the trails, and we walk and we walk and it remains for 1hr... we still dun see the end of the trail... when we do, we realised we reached the top of the hill liao!!!! pengz!!! hahaaa.... but saw alot of scenaries!

dun think i so bimbo to wear mini demim skirt for hiking okie! i really didn't expect to hike whole mountain! and i wore a skirt cuz i intend it to hide the swimming shorts inside so i dun need to change into swimming attire later... so..ya, its very hot...

nx, after the fun and unintentional hiking, we went to the Red Rocks Slide... to slide the rocks!!!! YEAH!!!we will we will Rock You!!! the water is COLD! and the "pool" is slippery!!! only i had the courage to slide once! haha....

then we went to Rainbow Fishing Farm to fish for trout.. its a paid fishing... it was charged by the amt and size of fish we fished... its very easy cuz the trouts like very hungry...

we bbq them (the farm pple provides cleaning of the fish, BBQ pit, seasonings) on the spot and it taste real FRESH!

it was a tiring day, both elaine and me doze off in the car back home....

the oni sad thing, is we found our pet fish money died! :(

Hawaii Farewell Party for JM and Christine

the princess gang is very thoughtful to have organised a private and casual farewell party for jm and chris who r leaving in Sep 09, they did it with a theme of Hawaii!!!

Aloha!!!!!!!!

We had fun, really lotsa fun and lotsa food....special thanks to Arlene who arranged it so well, spend time buying those hawaii props, preparing the food (and oso by the other princesses) and planning the games and sending the invitation cards door by door!!!

I feel so fun living in adiamo!!! i love adiamo!!! the pool, the BBQ pite, the pple.... haha

the only bad bad thing... haha.... is the pple are naughty! hahaa.... they started to throw pple down the pool... jm who is being targeted thought tat i m very "stable" so she held on to me like i m the handles in the MRT... haha.. but who noes, both of us gena dragged and pushed down the pool!!! haha... cooling!!! SMk stopped them before i dropped, only to take out my hp from my pocket, not to protect me -_-" haha... but in the end, everyone of us got very wet... haha... we r a bunch of crazy pple...

then then cake.. alamak.. the cake!!! dunno y i m been targetted.... christine coated my face with the red icing from the cake.. and i can tell it contains alot of coloring cuz none of us were able to wash it away in the toilet beside the gym... had to wash my face thrice at home!!! hahaa.... but i had my revenge la... painting everyone back... haha
